
Coached one hour training sessions with the aim of improving stamina and stroke technique. Training aids and schedules may be incorporated. These sessions are suitable for strong swimmers and Tri-athletes but there is a lane available for those wanting to begin training on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Fun and sociable leisure activities for the young at heart who want to stay in shape. Each session includes a low impact exercise class, short mat bowls, table tennis, swimming, steam room and sauna.
