Tips for Attending Studio Classes
- Wear loose comfortable exercise clothes and trainers
- Bring a bottle of water and a small towel
- Make sure you tell the instructor that you are new to the class
- Bring you ticket
- Advise the instructor of any health related problems or injuries you may have
- If you are asthmatic, please bring your inhaler with you
- Make sure you don't come to a class hungry, thirsty or having just eaten
- Arrive at least 5 minutes before the class is scheduled to start
- Ensure your mobile phone is switched off during classes
- Please bring an exercise mat
- No spectators are allowed in the studio.
Our fitness classes are very popular, therefore we suggest you book your preferred class in advance.
Class bookings can be made via the home page of our website, by calling one of our sites or at reception, up to 7 days in advance for FIT4 and centre members and 3 days in advance for non members.
