Tips for Attending Studio Classes

  • Wear loose comfortable exercise clothes and trainers
  • Bring a bottle of water and a small towel
  • Make sure you tell the instructor that you are new to the class
  • Bring you ticket
  • Advise the instructor of any health related problems or injuries you may have
  • If you are asthmatic please bring your inhaler with you
  • Make sure you don't come to a class hungry, thirsty or having just eaten
  • Arrive at least 5 minutes before the class is scheduled to start
  • Ensure your mobile phone is switched off during classes
  • Please bring an exercise mat
  • No spectators are allowed in the studio.
