Field Place offers a unique and picturesque setting for your child’s party. Set in 8 acres of landscaped grounds, Field Place is convenient with plenty of parking and lots of open space for youngsters to play.

Pottery workshop party
Using our operational pottery facility, children will have an opportunity to use the potter’s wheel and other techniques to
produce unique pieces of work.
Capacity is a maximum 12 children, and this party is suitable for children aged 8+
Tennis party
One-hour tennis session with fully qualified LTA coach. With fun games and competitions and use of the ball machine to make the party experience enjoyable for all.
Capacity is a maximum 16 children and this party is suitable for children aged 6+
The Henty room
The Henty room is located in the main house. This spacious room with access onto a lawn area is ideal for parties for younger children.
For parties up to 25 children.
The Pavilion
The Pavilion is a separate building adjacent to the Bowling Greens and is popular for older children and larger parties.
The Pavilion can comfortably accommodate parties of 60 or more.
Other facilities at Field Place include putting green, children’s playground and model railway (summer only). Parties are self-catering only. Room hire is for 4 hours to include set up and clear away.
Information for self-catered parties
- Please be aware that some children attending your party may have food allergies.
- You will need to supply napkins, plates and cups for your parties – we strongly recommend you use disposables.
- Please provide adequate adult supervision during the party tea.
- We will need to be told the exact number of children attending prior to the party to ensure your party tea room is set up accordingly.
- At the end of your party, we would be grateful if you would remove any leftover food and place all rubbish in bin bags.
- None of our venues offer kitchen, food preparation, refrigeration or washing up facilities.
- Party food should be brought ready prepared in suitable containers.
