We have a range of fitness classes and sessions for you to choose from.
FIT4 Membership
With our FIT4 Membership you can attend classes free. FIT4 membership offers the key to a healthier lifestyle. We believe in offering an exceptional service within a friendly environment to enable you to get the most out of your membership. Our varied programme of activities operating across our four leisure venues in Worthing, enabling you to create an exercise routine to suit you, where it suits you.
