You’ve set the date, booked the venue ... so what to do about the food? At Field Place and Worthing Leisure Centre we offer you complete flexibility - you can choose to self-cater, bring in outside caterers or use our in-house catering service.

Option 1 - In-house catering

At the Shaftesbury Room (Worthing Leisure Centre) and Field Place we can provide a full hot and cold catering provision for every type of occasion, large or small. A sample selection of our delicious function menus can be found below.

If you wish to take advantage of our in-house catering service at either Worthing Leisure Centre or Field Place, please contact our Catering Supervisor on Worthing 01903 502237 to discuss your requirements.

Cheese Platter

Option 2 - Outside Catering

You may choose to use an outside catering service for your party/special event. Professional catering companies are usually able to offer an all-inclusive service that provides everything you require including crockery and cutlery, place settings etc. All alcoholic or soft drinks served will be provided by Worthing Borough Council. Again, please note that we are unable to provide food preparation or storage facilities onsite and all food must be brought to the venue ready to serve.

Option 3 - Self-Catering

Self-catering is a favoured option by many of our hirers. The advantages are you have complete control over menu choice and budget. It is important to note that there are no kitchen or storage facilities with public access at either Field Place or Worthing Leisure Centre. All food items need to be brought in to the venue ready prepared and you will need to provide all crockery and cutlery.
