Worthing Leisure Centre offers a wide range of top class sports and fitness facilities for you to enjoy. We have excellent facilities for most sports including Astroturf, an athletics track for track and field events, a climbing wall, sports halls equipped for basketball, badminton, squash and much more besides. But there's not just something for the adults or those of you who are 100% dedicated to sports, after a session at Worthing Leisure Centre you are welcomed to relax and unwind at our Café and Sports Bar too. Whatever your age, Worthing Leisure Centre keeps being active fun!
Athletics
A fully equipped athletics arena capable of hosting a variety of activities from major track and field competitions to school sports days.

Badminton
Worthing Leisure Centre has ten badminton courts available for hire.
Courts are free for FIT4 members at off-peak times.
Basketball
Worthing Leisure Centre has two basketball courts available for hire. For availability and prices please contact reception by calling 01903 502237 or ask a member of staff when visiting the Centre.
Worthing Leisure Centre is the home for all of Worthing Thunders home matches.
Worthing Thunder play basketball in England Basketball's top division and welcomes teams from the length and breadth of the country. Professional basketball a is fast-paced, exciting sport and with the accompanying music, dancers and live big-screen tv, the entertainment on show provides a fantastic night out for all the family.

We have floodlit Astroturf facilities and well maintained grass pitches for football - both 5-a-side and 11-a-side matches.
Our Astroturf is very popular with local football clubs, therefore we recommend that you try to book well in advance.

We have a well maintained grass rugby pitch (centre pitch) for matches to hire.

Four refurbished courts now include two SRA approved coloured courts.
