Children's Activities and Facilities
Worthing Leisure Centre offers many facilities that are especially for or tailored for children. From football courses to the Amazon Adventure playground, and from school holiday fun to a party - we've got it!
There is an action packed fun filled programme of exciting courses, activities and interesting workshops for children held at leisure venues and facilities throughout Worthing this year.
Some of the more popular activities may have waiting lists, so you are advised to check with reception. Most courses taking place during term-time are booked and paid for in advance for each half-term.
Don't forget that our Activities and Sports section contains plenty of activities also suitable for children.
Amazon Adventure
This indoor play area provides a challenging adventure experience for toddlers and children in a safe, supervised environment and offers a giant ball pool, toddlers' ball area, giant snake slide, aerial walkways and special fun days.
Amazon Adventure is perfect for a party - exclusive use of the the best playroom around, with a party host to look after you. We can provide the catering for you or you can self cater. For more details please see the Children's Parties page.
Height restriction: 4'11'' / 150 cm
Children must be accompanied by a parent or carer at all times.

Children's Parties
We offer a range of children's party packages at Worthing Leisure Centre.

Buttercups and Daisies Creche (0-5 years)
Activities include painting, gluing, drawing & playdough. A biscuit and a drink of squash is provided for a small charge (or you can bring your own.) Baby changing facilities are available.
A buggy must be provided for all children under 2 yrs and all parents must remain within Worthing Leisure Centre whilst their children are in the creche.
All children must be booked in and signed out by their carers and collected promptly at creche closing time. For more information and prices please call reception on 01903 502237.
Sessions held:
- Monday - Friday: 9.10-10.10am, 10.20am - 11.20am and 11.20am-12.20pm
- Customers are able to advance book only two sessions per morning.
- The third session can be booked on the day, if it is available.
Price per session is £2.85.
The creche is FREE for Junior FIT4 members.
Junior Course - Badminton
An introduction to this fast and furious indoor game. Learn all the essential techniques with our own BAE County Coach, Chris Byerley. All standards welcome.
Junior Course - Basketball
Learn new skills with James Brame (Worthing Thunder) and enjoy some slam dunkin' fun!
All standards welcome.

Junior Course - Trampolining
For ages 5-16. This fun-tastic session is great for learning new skills and making new friends. Work towards a BGA Badge.
Junior Course - Tumbling Tinies
An Indoor soft environment playground for pre-school, walking toddlers. This session will help the development of children's coordination, social and playskills, agility and much more!

Junior Course - Bee-fit
For pre-school children aged 2 years +
Structured fun fitness classes for babies and toddlers. Sessions are 45 minutes and include action songs, relays, fitness circuits, stimulating equipment, parachute... and much more!

Mini Kickers - Football for Parents and Toddlers
Football fun for parents and toddlers ( 2 - 4 years)
Learn balance and coordination, learn and practice skills!
Drop-in for the first session, pay £5.10 and if you like it, pay for the remaining sessions afterwards.
