Important booking information
Important booking information
Ages:
- The age groups specified comply with OFSTED regulations and are in place to enable children to be supervised effectively for their maximum enjoyment.
Registration:
- Parents / carers must sign their children ‘in’ at registration time and ‘out’ at home time on our registers.
- If your child is likely to suffer the effects of illness whilst in our care or if he/she requires medication please notify us when booking; there is a separate form at reception for this purpose that will need to be completed. Please also inform the duty staff on the day, as this will enable us to look for signs and symptoms.
- Earlybird sessions run from 8.45am- 9.30am. If you wish to drop your child off before 9.20am then this session must be booked.
Clothing:
- Usual sports / casual clothing and trainers should be worn. No jeans or flip flops please.
Socks must be worn for ALL trampoline sessions; failure to supply will result in your child being unable to participate. All jewellery must be removed or taped to prevent injury.
- Children attending craft or painting sessions should wear old clothes or bring an apron. All paints are water based, but still may stain clothing. We cannot accept responsibility for any item affected in this manner.
- Sunscreen and hats are highly recommended if the weather is hot, as well as outer layers if the weather is cold or wet.
Valuables:
- We do ask that your children do not bring in any valuable items as we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage.
Lunches:
- Packed lunches must be provided for your child if they are booked into a supervised lunch session.
- A sweet tuck shop is generally available at break times but please do not give your child lots of money, they are only treats on offer and 50p should be sufficient.
Although every effort is made to ensure all the activities take place in line with the published programme, the management reserve the right to cancel at any time and if possible offer a suitable alternative.
Please note:
All bookings are non transferable and non refundable
